David is Executive Chairman of the nonprofit Technology Integrity Council, convening initiatives for companies and consumers on responsible and ethical technology use. He previously served as Executive Director for the International Committee for Information Technology Standards (INCITS ), an ANSI-accredited standards development organization and the U.S. National representative to Joint Technical Committee 1 (JTC 1) for Information Technology under ISO and IEC. David also leads a government-funded research project on the future of international AI standards and serves as a board member of standards organizations and innovative companies.

Kim Lucy is a Director of GRC Standards at Microsoft, where she has worked for over a decade. She began her career at E&Y performing info security auditing and consulting. Kim has practical experience implementing and auditing security and privacy standards for diverse organizations, and now works as part of Microsoft’s Corporate Standards Group, participating in ISO standards committees to help develop, draft, and revise international standards for artificial intelligence, privacy, and cybersecurity. She is particularly interested in the alignment of international standards to regulatory and legal frameworks for emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, and how organizations can leverage these standards for regulatory compliance.

Danielle Gilliam-Moore is an accomplished professional in the field of public policy, currently serving as the Director of Global Public Policy at Salesforce since February 2022, where she works on software related policy issues such as trade, artificial intelligence, privacy, and cybersecurity. Her journey at Salesforce began in January 2017 in Washington D.C. as a Senior Manager. Before joining Salesforce, she worked as a Manager of Legislative Strategy at BSA | The Software Alliance and has experience in legislative roles, including as a Legislative Aide in the U.S. Senate.
